2. Website Access

When you access this website, technically necessary data may be processed, including:

• IP address,
• date and time of the request,
• requested page or file,
• browser and device information,
• referrer URL,
• technical status codes.

This data is processed to deliver the website, ensure technical security, detect errors, and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Contact Form

If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter:

• topic,
• email address,
• message,
• technical metadata for transmission and abuse prevention.

Processing is carried out to handle and answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contract-related requests and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Hosting and Technical Service Providers

The website and individual technical features may be provided through our own servers, hosting providers, and Appwrite. Technical logs may be processed where necessary for operation, security, and error analysis.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses technically necessary storage functions so the site can be delivered and forms can be processed securely.

The website may additionally use Appwrite Events if you actively consent through the cookie banner. Without this consent, no analytics events are sent.

Appwrite Events helps us understand how the website is used. We may analyze events such as:

• page views,
• clicks on download and support buttons,
• successful mailing list signups,
• successful or failed mailing list confirmations,
• successful or failed support requests.

We do not send contact form contents, email addresses, names, phone numbers, message contents, or personal answers. Analytics is used only for reach measurement, error detection, and website improvement.

After your consent, we create and store a pseudonymous visitor ID locally in your browser under `tm_landingpage_anonymous_id_v1`. The technical storage name still contains `anonymous` for compatibility reasons; legally this identifier is treated as pseudonymous. A session ID may also be stored under `tm_landingpage_session_id_v1` for each browser session. These IDs are not derived from a real identity and are not linked to Appwrite user accounts, email addresses, or contact form contents. We also store your cookie choice locally under `tm_cookie_consent_v1` so we can respect your decision.

Website events may process technical context data such as language setting, timezone, page path, and referrer URL. Event properties are limited to non-personal information such as path, button ID, link type, section, target URL for non-sensitive internal links, store, or consent version.

The legal basis for Appwrite Events is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawal applies for the future.

6. Retention

Personal data is stored only as long as required for the relevant purpose or legal obligations. Contact requests are deleted when processing is complete and no legal retention duties apply. The locally stored cookie choice remains in your browser until you delete it or change it through the cookie settings.

7. Your Rights

Subject to legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
